Lincoln Centromatic Lubrication Systems

Lincoln’s Centromatic Lubrication system delivers precise, adjustable quantities of grease and / or oil directly to each individual lubrication point.

When commanded to start running (via your PLC, Lincoln’s stand-alone timers, or through a manual, operator controlled switch or pump) the automatic lubrication process starts. As lubrication pressure builds, a pressure switch monitors lubrication system pressure until the system’s “set” pressure is reached.

Once pressure has been reached, the pump is commanded to shut-down. If set pressure is not reached within a five (5) minute interval, a fault alarm is triggered, signaling your operators of trouble with the system (low lubricant level, broken feed line, etc.).

When the lubrication pump is shut-down, lubrication pressure is “vented” back to the system reservoir. Once pressure drops below 200 psi, each individual Lincoln Centromatic injector “fires’ it’s measured shot into the lube line, delivering lubricant to that specific point.

Lincoln Orsco Lubrication Systems

Lincoln’s Orsco Systems are designed specifically those applications where oil cannot drip, or be sprayed onto your product (Food processing, Furniture Mfgs., Ovens, etc.). Those industries where dripping and misting oil is totally unacceptable, use Lincoln Orsco Chain Oiling Systems.

Lincoln’s Orsco Systems deliver ultra-precise, microdroplets (NOT a spray!) of oil directly to each pin on your drive chain or lubrication point. When commanded to start running (via your PLC or Lincoln Orsco’s included timers), small oil and air control valves are systematically cycled. High pressure oil and low pressure air are sent to each lubrication point’s patented Orsco nozzle assembly. The oil is reduced to micro droplet size. Low pressure air at the nozzle assembly literally blows the microdroplets to the chain pins. Precisely. Accurately.

Ultra precise control of the oil provides industry with a non-dripping, non-misting solution for chain lubrication.

Lincoln’s QuickLube Automatic Lubrication Systems

Lincoln’s QuickLube Lubrication system delivers precise, measured quantities of grease and / or oil directly to each individual lubrication point,. Used as an economical alternative to Lincoln’s Centromatic (direct, individually adjustable, injection system), Lincoln’s QuickLube Systems are the choice for many OEMs and Users throughout the world.

Lincoln’s QuickLube Systems (grease or oil) are available as:

• 6, 8, 12 and 18 point, dedicated systems, with all connections at the pump / reservoir assembly, or
• Up to 100 points, using a single 2, 4 or 8 liter reservoir pump. Lincoln’s QuickLube Automatic Lubrication Systems can meet all but the heaviest system requirements, all at a very reasonable cost.

When commanded to start running (via your PLC or Lincoln’s included solid-state timers) the lubrication pump starts. Lubricant is pumped to individual Divider Blocks (containing individual spool valves to deliver specific amounts of grease or oil). Each Divider block is specifically designed for your exact application, delivering precise quantities of lubricant within the selected time.

• Systems for one (1) up to 100 + individual lubrication points are available.
• Timers are provided, or use your own PLC to operate the pumps.
• Over the Road trailer lubrication systems available, using the trailer brake light circuit to control system timing.
• Electrically driven grease and / or oil pumps are available, 12 VDC, 24VDC, 120 VAC, 230 VAC.
