You receive a New Master System Book for each machine surveyed, and each participant receives a smaller version of the Master System book, including:

• New schematic detailing how your machine is assembled today, not when it was built, cross-checking to the digital photos.
• Digital photos identifying each major component.
• New material list identifying each component by its true replacement number, and cross-checking to the digital photos.
• Manufacturers' specification / data sheets detailing each individual component, including it's troubleshooting and repair guides (if available).
• Generic, real-life troubleshooting and reference material.

• True, hands-on training, on-your-shop-floor - including:

• After each machine is thoroughly surveyed and documented, your people are trained specifically upon your machines. This is NOT a generic class.
• Once the Documentation / Master Book is completed, your training class starts with a generic overview of the specific topic.
  • A sample system is “built” up on the whiteboard.
  • Then we specifically delve into each component of your machine,
    • how it works,
    • why it is important to the system and
    • how it inter-relates to the other components.
  • Once the classroom training is completed, we all move out onto the shop floor for a hands on review of each machine.
• Troubleshooting techniques, plus system diagnosis and repair are taught. (link to Troubleshooting Page)
• Using your new Master Booklet (described below), your people walk through the
  • new schematic,
  • flow chart and
  • digital photos, identifying each component on the machine.
• Each training participant receives a 60+ page hydraulic / pneumatic reference guide, plus smaller copy of Master Book.. (link to Reference Guide Photo)

This is not a "generic" training class, but true, hands-on training, on your shop floor, on your machines.
