surveyed and documented, your people are trained specifically
upon your machines.
This is NOT a generic class.
- Once the Documentation / Master Book is completed, your training
class starts with a generic overview of the specific topic.
- A sample system is “built” up
on the whiteboard.
- Then we specifically delve into each component of
your machine,
- how it works,
- why it is important to the system and
- how it inter-relates
to the other components.
- Once the classroom training is completed,
we all move out onto the shop floor for a hands
on review of each machine.
